A portrait, once a week, every week in 2013
—Kirstyn
This lovely lady is going to Geneva on Tuesday to study for five months and I am going to miss her like crazy (in fact I think I might be a little bit in denial). On my first day of college three years ago I took a seat next to this pretty little head of curly hair and we chit-chatted and moaned about our tutors occasionally. It wasn’t until we both chose the same specialty that our friendship really solidified and now I count myself so lucky to have her as one of my dearest friends. We sit next to each other every day and I will miss her silly jokes, advice and sparkling conversation while she’s gone. Watching Kirstyn falling for another best friend of ours this year has made my heart all warm and fuzzy. I couldn’t be happier for those guys.
As much as I don’t want Kirstyn to leave I know that she is going to have an incredible time, not to mention the fact that her work is going to grow and develop with the change of scenery. Next year I am sure our class will be blown away by her impressive portfolio.
Best of luck KB, those other Erasmus kids don’t know how lucky they are to be gaining a friend like you. xo
PS Mica wrote a lovely goodbye post also ;)
